ORA-01516: nonexistent log file, datafile, or tempfile

if  you got ora-01516 error in that case first you have to check DBA_TEMP_FILES OR V$TEMPFILE. FILE is available or not some time because of file corrupt.we dint found it in his loc.
in that case we can do one thing.
create new temp file and set as a default.
that will help you resolve the problem......
